ART DE LEX at the Third All-Russian Forum of Portsmen: "INFRASTRUCTURE PORTS”

Yaroslav Kulik and Kirill Dozmarov will take part in the Third All-Russian Forum of Portsmen, the theme of which will be "INFRASTRUCTURE PORTS: new construction, reconstruction, modernization." The Forum will start on Thursday, 19 April 2018 at the Red Gate. In the plenary session of the Forum, the head of ART DE LEX's Competition Practice will report on "Competition of Terminal Operators: Inter-terminal, Inter-port, Inter-basin; Legal Assessment of Port Services in a Natural Monopoly Environment."
