Evgeniy Arbuzov spoke at the annual RBCC Construction and Real Estate Conference, which took place on 27 March 2012 at the Swissotel Krasnye Holmy Conference Center.
The conference covered different problems on construction and real estate. Speakers have discussed the following topics during the conference: development of public-private partnership in infrastructure construction; investment in the Russian real estate market; expansion of the Moscow's borders: Why and What then?; regeneration of historic buildings and others.
