Two attorneys from ART DE LEX, Kirill Dozmarov, an associate in the firm, and Yaroslav Kulik, head of the Competition Practice, participated in a joint meeting of noncommercial partnership Competition Support and Federal Antimonopoly Service

Another joint meeting of noncommercial partnership Competition Support and Federal Antimonopoly Service took place on 4 December 2014.  Yaroslav Kulick and Kirill Dozmarov of ART DE LEX, members of the partnership, experts, and representatives of the FAS of Russia discussed various matters of competition service and regulation.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the content of the Fourth Antimonopoly Package and made recommendations to the FAS of Russia about damages resulting from antimonopoly legislation violations or lost income.

The main topics of the meeting were the implementation of the antimonopoly compliance institution and the improvements to the program of exemptions from liability for violating antitrust laws.

Yaroslav Kulik made a presentation about the development of proposals for the commission on the exemption from liability for violations of antitrust laws.
