ART DE LEX partners will deliver reports on law firm management at the Ninth Annual Conference of the International Bar Association
On 4 December 2015, Moscow will host the Ninth Annual Conference of the International Bar Association on the management of law firms, which the IBA Law Firm Management Committee and the IBA European Regional Forum will organize.
As in the past, partners and heads of leading law firms from around the world will attend the conference.
This year, the organizers will a provide keynote event with a glimpse into the future: what will law firms look like in 2025, compared to their current state. The program will discuss methods of goal setting and planning for law firms, project management techniques, recruitment, and promotion talents. During the individual sessions, the conference participants will identify the challenges law firms face during mergers and discuss obstacles to effective interaction and decision-making in partnerships and legal firms.
The managing partner of ART DE LEX, Dmitry Magonya, along with the vice-chairman of the IBA Law Firm Management Committee, Hermann Knott, will be co-moderators of a round table devoted to the issues of overcoming obstacles to effective interaction and decision-making in partnerships and legal firms.
Evgeny Arbuzov will participate in the round table “How to achieve goals: methods and tools for the implementation of decisions and plans in law firms.” Participants will have an opportunity to view an analysis of proven tools and techniques that any law firm can use to improve the quality of its decisions and the successful implementation of even the most ambitious plans.
