Seoul: ART DE LEX Law Firm and KITA hold a seminar on participation of Korean companies in construction projects in Russia

The seminar is dedicated to the distinctive features of participation of Korean companies in construction projects in Russia and will be held in Seoul on 18 March 2014. The seminar is hosted by ART DE LEX Law Firm and Korea International Trade Association (KITA) under support of the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea.

The seminar will cover the following practical issues regarding Russian construction business from the perspective of Korean business.

  • Trends in Russian infrastructure and civil construction development market.
  • Prospects for development of Siberia and Russian Far East. Establishment of Priority Development Zones.
  • Legal regulation on capital construction in Russia.
  • Procedural regulation on investment-construction process and town-planning in Russia.
  • Infrastructure project financing in Russia.
  • Technologies in construction: legal grounds and prospects of using IP.

Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea is a state agency of the Russian Federation that represents the trade-economic interests of Russia in the Republic of Korea and promotes the development of interstate economic relations.
