Yaroslav Kulik spoke at the second annual scientific and practical conference on “Antimonopoly disputes: theory and practice”

On 18 October, Yaroslav Kulik, a partner and the head of the ART DE LEX Antimonopoly Practice, spoke at the second annual conference on “Antimonopoly disputes: theory and practice,” which took place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. Mr. Kulik and other experts discussed various issues in the field of antimonopoly regulation and complex aspects of the abuse of individual and collective dominance.

The conference was a unique platform that brought together judges of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the arbitration courts, and the courts of general jurisdiction. It also included representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and other government agencies as well as leading experts. The participants discussed the most pressing issues of antimonopoly regulation.
