Yaroslav Kulick and Victor Fadeev will take part in the VII All-Russian Forum «Medical Product Circulation. Problem Zones - 2014».

On the 11th of December 2013 Yaroslav Kulick, the head of ART DE LEX Competition Practice, and Victor Fadeev, the lawyer of Competition Practice, will appear as an legal expert during the one of the focus-sessions of the VII All-Russian Forum «Medical Product Circulation. Problem Zones - 2014», dedicated to issues of state (municipal) medical product purchases.

During the session such questions as changes in state medical product purchasing for state (municipal) needs and needs of economic entities with state collaboration procedure regulation; practical aspects of transfer to Federal law «About Period of Contract» with the effect from the 1 of January 2014; access limitation to state (municipal) medical product purchasing, produced out of the Customs Union territory, and other issues will be discussed.
