Anastasia Vasilenko

Anastasia has a 11-year track record of successful litigation. She specializes in administrative litigation with state bodies and in tax litigation. She also has a substantial practice representing clients in court cases involving corporate issues, challenges to transactions, disputes for the recovery of damages, bankruptcy disputes, and disputes related to work and labor contracts.

Anastasia protected the interests of the guarantor bank in a dispute between the contractor and GMK “Norilskiy Nickel.” The dispute arose from a contract for the modernization of a large storage facility worth RUB 1.6 bln.

She provided legal support in complex cases about the defense of the rights and interests of the largest bank in Russia in a bankruptcy of the bank’s former shareholder. The amount of the bank’s claims was RUB 1.5 bln.

Anastasia represented the Far East Development Corporation in a dispute with contractors who failed to perform their obligations under an infrastructure construction contract. The infrastructure that was due to be erected was worth of RUB 169 bln. and was a part of the Bolshoy Kamen area of advanced socio-economic development.
