Oleg Brykov is a recognized criminal law and criminal proceedings professional with many years of proven track record. His areas of expertise cover matters of white-collar crimes, in particular, those focused on professional activity and those arising from commercial activity. Oleg works as a criminal law attorney (advocate) since 2009.
Due to his expertise and experience, he repeatedly managed to get requalification and mitigation in criminal proceedings, as well as the total exoneration of his clients during a litigation stage.
Oleg’s selected experience includes an exoneration case for a former top official of Russia’s police force (in one of Russia’s regions) wrongly accused of bribery and money laundering. Oleg’s efforts both before and after the litigation paved the way for the total exoneration of his client due to the lack of offense recognized by the Court. On top of that, Oleg’s client was reinstalled in his position in the police force.
Prior to joining a commercial practice, Oleg served in Russia’s law enforcement agencies for 13 years. Oleg’s experience includes positions both within prosecutorial and investigative agencies. He executed the office of the Deputy Prosecutor for one of Russia’s regions and was a Head of the Investigation Division in an important regional center.
