ART DE LEX will participate in a meeting of the Subcommittee on the Oil and Gas Refining Products Market, a part of the Energy Committee of Business Russia

On 26 July 2019, Kirill Dozmarov will make a presentation at the introductory meeting of the Subcommittee on Oil and Gas Refining Products Market, which is part of the Energy Committee of Business Russia (Delovaya Rossiya or Deleros), and he will be a member of the subcommittee.

The meeting will discuss current problems of the exchange and over-the-counter markets of refined petroleum products, it will assess risks and challenges for market participants, and it will consider proposals for regulators to help develop the market and to create a professional environment for participants in the refined petroleum products business.

The subcommittee will consider separate sets of issues related to antimonopoly policy, regulation of the oil and gas products markets, and standards for business activities in the industry.

Representatives of specialized federal executive bodies as well as members of the business and expert community are invited to participate.

Following the meeting, the subcommittee will formally constitute itself and approve its 2019 agenda.
