II Annual Conference "Commercial Real Estate in Russia – 2013"

On 15 February 2013 Akmal Pana and Ivan Korolev, lawyers of ART DE LEX law firm, took part in the II Annual Conference "Commercial Real Estate in Russia – 2013" organized by Russian Business Forum and sponsored by ART DE LEX.

Ivan Korolev made a presentation on the "Peculiarities of Implementing Development and PPP Projects in Russian Regions" which concerned main issues of legal regulation, measures for support of investment activities, main regulatory control issues and trends in development of legal regulation of investment activities in Russian regions.

During the conference the following issues were also discussed, considered and analyzed: development of the Russian commercial real estate market and prevailing trends thereof, new ideas and proposals on the most efficient strategies of development for participants of the market, new interesting trends and potential expansion points.
