Turkey’s automotive exports to Russia

Imports of automobiles and spare parts to Russia in 2013 totaled USD 51.5 billion, with roughly half of the automobiles and spare parts coming from the European Union. Since 2009, Turkish automobile exports to Russia have increased, and Russia now is Turkey’s fifth largest automotive customer. Observers expect that share could double or even triple before the end of the decade.
