Yaroslav Kulik, promoted to Partner in ART DE LEX Law firm

Yaroslav Kulik has been promoted to partnership in ART DE LEX Law firm. Yaroslav continues to lead our Competition regulation practice group and South Korea desk.

Yaroslav graduated from Russian Academy of Justice (Moscow) and joined ART DE LEX as a Junior Associate in 2006. Yaroslav is a one of founding lawyers of our firm’s Competition regulation practice group which he began to lead from 2011.

Yaroslav is an acknowledged expert in Russian competition law and consults Russian and foreign clients on issues regarding the checks by antimonopoly agencies, control over competition-restricting agreements and concerted acts, prohibition of economic concentration and market domination, antitrust dispute resolutions including private-law suits concerning the application of the foreign investment law, the placing order law, the tender law and the other issues coming within the authorities of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

ART DE LEX Competition regulation practice has rendered consulting services for numerous clients that are major, high profile companies leading the infrastructure, construction, real estate, energy, bio resources, information technology, telecommunication, chemical, mining, shipment, railroad transportation, engineering, insurance and FMCG industries.

Yaroslav is a member of International Bar Association and Non-commercial Partnership “Supporting competition”, as well as the Head of legislative committee in Non-commercial Partnership “National Association of procurement institutes”.

His areas of expertise are private-law suits and recovery of damages for violation of competition law.
