Anastasia Grishina and Olga Pudina, Public Private Partnership (PPP) practice lawyers, took part in a session of Committee on investment strategy of the Camber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation

On the 25th of October 2013 Anastasia Grishina and Olga Pudina, Public Private Partnership (PPP) practice lawyers, took part in a session of Committee on investment strategy of the Camber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on «Conсession agreements: case law», organized by PPP Development Centre.

The following issues were discussed during the session:

• Realization of public infrastructure modernization on the grounds of concessional agreements projects

• Practice of concessional agreements application

• Discussion of typical problems, which appears in concessional agreement realization

Close attention was devoted to discussion of propositions on making amendments to the current legislation, on the basis of practice of projects, based on concessional agreements, realization. Regarding the results of the session the decision was made to prepare together with Ministry of Economic development of Russia a draft bill on making amendments to the Federal law of 21 of July 2005 №115-FZ «About concessional agreements».
