Artur Zurabyan published a commentary in the Lawyers’ Newspaper titled “In terms of trust: About the types of participation lawyers have in the mediation process”

Artur Zurabyan, an attorney at law and the head of the Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration Practices at ART DE LEX, provided a commentary in the Lawyer’s Newspaper based on Irina Suspitsyna’s article “Allies in Mediation.” He considered the possible types of participation lawyers might have in the mediation of a dispute, emphasizing that, because the trust of all parties is very easy to abuse, such involvement requires a lawyer to comply with all moral and ethical rules.

He analyzed the approaches of the Anglo-American school of mediation and the role of professional court representatives, that is, lawyers, in the process.
