Pravo.ru quoted Artur Zurabyan about a ruling of the Plenum of the Supreme Court concerning international disputes

Pravo.ru quoted Artur Zurabyan, the head of ART DE LEX’s Dispute Resolution and Mediation Practice, in an article about the ruling of the Plenum of the Supreme Court concerning private international law. Mr. Zurabyan stated that “the ruling solves the problem of the relationship between general and special international treaties. It establishes the priority of special international treaties, irrespective of their participants and the date of their adoption, unless the norms of international treaties specify otherwise.”
