Pavel Medyankin commented in Pravo.ru about legislative reforms that come into force in July

Pavel Medyankin, a lawyer with the Real Estate and Construction Practice of ART DE LEX, commented on an article in Pravo.ru on the legislative changes that come into force in July 2019. Mr. Medyankin stated that “one negative consequence is expected to be an increase in the cost per square meter. According to some experts, the growth may reach 20 percent, with the average expected growth between 7 and 9 percent (Federal Law No. 478-FZ of 25 December 2018; Federal Law No. 342-FZ of 03 August 2018).
