The Lawyers’ Newspaper quoted Yulia Shilova, an attorney with the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice at ART DE LEX, in an article on the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to refer a case about including a debtor in a register to the court of first instance: “Loan agreements with the original lender were concluded more than ten years prior to the date of the debtor’s bankruptcy petition, that is, when the latter had no financial difficulties. In such circumstances, the courts even consider it possible to include the debtor’s claims in the creditors’ claims register.“
