Oksana Pavlukhina

Head of Antitrust Practice Group

Oksana Pavlukhina has been practicing law for more than 15 years.

She has considerable experience in the field of antitrust regulation as an advocate, as well as senior officer in the antimonopoly authorities of Russia.

She represents interests of her trustors in antimonopoly proceedings in cases of abuse of market power, cartel agreements, unfair competition, including in the field of intellectual property, in antimonopoly bodies, arbitration courts, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

Some of Oksana's recent projects:

  • Legal consultancy for a company in the field of road transport as part of an antitrust investigation for a cartel agreement accusation;
  • Representing a major confectionery manufacturer in a dispute over the protection of trademark rights and unfair competition;
  • Comprehensive legal consultancy to one of the largest producers of meat semi-finished products on compliance with antimonopoly legislation when concluding agreements with distributors and retail chains, as well as in terms of compliance with the legislation on advertising when promoting products. 

Before joining the firm, Oksana worked in the antimonopoly authorities as Deputy Head of the Territorial Antimonopoly Authority, as well as Head of the Judicial Work Department of the Legal Department of the FAS of Russia. Previously, she had been engaged in private law practice for a long time.   

Oksana is a member of the Research and Methodological Council of Educational Organizations and Departments of Competition Law and Antimonopoly Regulation of the FAS of Russia. 

She teaches courses in competition law, civil and arbitration process, basics of advocacy, and business law.

Throughout her professional career, Oksana has actively participated in various conferences on antimonopoly regulation, has published her academic papers in Russian antimonopoly journals.
