Yaroslav Kulik, of ART DE LEX, will participate in “Current Issues of Antimonopoly Legislation Enforcement: The View of Regulators, the Courts, and Experts,” a conference in Perm that will take place on 30-31 January 2015

On 30-31 January 2015, the Federal Antimonopoly Service together with the noncommercial partnership “Competition Support,” representatives of arbitration courts, and Perm State Research University will sponsor “Current Issues of Antimonopoly Legislation Enforcement: The View of Regulators, Courts, and Experts,” an academic and professional conference focused on antimonopoly regulation.

Conference participants will discuss the implication of antimonopoly legislation and the fourth antimonopoly package, including FAS warnings, intradepartmental appeals, questions about economic analysis in cases related to the abuse of a dominant position, appeals against court orders regarding administrative liability, and issues of criminal liability for antitrust violations.

Those attending the conference will include representatives of the “Competition Support” partnership, members of the central and regional offices of FAS, judges of the arbitration courts from the Ural Region, and executives from the Perm area.

During the conference, Yaroslav Kulik, a partner and head of the Competition Practice of the ART DE LEX law firm and a member of the noncommercial partnership “Competition Support,” will conduct a discussion on “Criminal responsibility for antimonopoly legislation violations.”
