The aim of the guide is to familiarize South Korean investors and entrepreneurs with the legal system of the Russian Federation, especially those aspects that present attractive business opportunities in the Russia of the twenty-first century. The second edition of the guide contains updates about the most current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the main provisions of the civil law reforms that are designed to improve interactions with foreign enterprises and accelerate the development of the Far East.
