Registration for the “Energy Sales Regulation Issues” seminar has begun
ART DE LEX extends an open invitation to take part in its seminar on the state regulation of energy sales, which will take place on 28 November 2018. The event is of interest to heads of energy sales and guaranteed capacity suppliers, specialists in tariff policy, and professionals in electricity sales. The seminar will tackle the following issues:
- the methods of calculating sales markups of suppliers (Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, No. 1554/17, of 21 November 2017) and the formation of the required gross revenue of guaranteed capacity suppliers;
- the position of the courts and regulatory authorities on approaches for justifying costs incurred in connection with the implementation of energy sales;
- the tariff campaign for 2019, specifically information about required reports to regional regulators; and
- compliance with tariff legislation, specifically the administrative responsibilities and measures the antimonopoly authority takes regarding the establishment of prices (tariffs).
The cost to participate in the seminar is 18,500 RUB (without VAT).
The seminar will take place in the ART DE LEX office at 4/17 Pokrovsky Boulevard, Moscow, pp. 1, entrance 2, office 26 (5th floor). The participants will gather at 9:30 a.m., and the event will start at 10:00 a.m. It will conclude at 2:00 p.m.
Preliminary registration with ART DE LEX is mandatory. Remote participation in the seminar is possible.
