Yaroslav Kulick, a partner in the ART DE LEX law firm and the head of its Competition Practice, will participate in the international “Russian Competition Day” conference

The annual international “Russian Competition Day” conference will take place this year in Saint Petersburg from 8 to 10 September.

The sessions will include roundtables and meetings about:

• creating a code of conduct for auto producers that will ensure fairness in the vehicle manufacturing industry;
• strengthening cooperation between Russia and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD); and
• competition policy.

Participants of the conference will hold a joint meeting of the Working Group on the Research of Competition Issues in the Pharmaceutical Sector and the Headquarters of Joint Investigations on Violations of Antimonopoly Legislation of the CIS countries.

The conference enables participants to exchange their experiences as well as to discuss new methods and approaches to legislative action and to resolving competition violations.

The conference welcomes representatives from regional government bodies, business groups, and international organizations, including the Association of European Business (ABA), Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and the heads of antimonopoly bodies of the CIS and other countries.
