The second annual international theoretical and practical conference “The Civil Law of Russia: the results of the year”

The second annual international theoretical and practical conference “The Civil Law of Russia: the results of the year” will take place in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on the 24th-25th of January. The Conference has been organized by the Council for Codification and Enhancement of Civil Legislation under the President of the Russian Federation, the Private Law Research Center under the President of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation and the State and Legal Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

The Head of ART DE LEX M&A practice and corporate law, Maksim Nikitin will speak at the Conference called “Some institutions of the Anglo-Saxon Law System proposed to be introduced as a part of the Civil Law Reform”. His report later will be included into the collected articles, published by the end of the event.
