VI International Compliance Case Forum attended by representatives of companies with best compliance practices was held on 22-23 October.
The two days of discussions at the forum were focused on the most urgent compliance issues: how to adapt the system to a crisis, how to hold efficient internal investigations, how to measure compliance’s KPIs.
ART DE LEX acted as the forum’s partner in cooperation with RBEN (Russian Business Ethics Network).
Marat Samarsky, a lawyer of the International Compliance Practice, shared efficient compliance solutions and accentuated the peculiarities of compliance taking into consideration the Russian public order.
Sergey Kazaryan, a senior lawyer of the Antimonopoly Regulation Practice, explained how to introduce antimonopoly compliance and what performance should be expected as a result.
