Seoul: ART DE LEX Law Firm with the assistance of the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea will hold a Round table on the issues of doing business and investing in Russia

On the 7-th of November 2013 in anticipation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin visit to the Republic of Korea, the Round table will be held in Seoul and will be dedicated to the topical issues of conducting business and making investments in Russia. The organizers of the Round table are the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea and ART DE LEX Law Firm.

The following important issues of foreign investors' activity in Russia will be discussed in frames of the Round table:

• legal and judicial system of the Russian Federation;

• legal regime of foreign investments and legal status of foreign investors, including investments in the spheres of strategic importance for defense and security of the state;

• functioning of the special economic zones;

• regulation of corporate and public procurement and privatization;

• distinctive features of infrastructural construction and other issues.

The speakers will be the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Oleg Saveliev, Deputy director of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia Andrey Tsyganov. Trade representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea Mikhail Bondarenko, chiefs of subdivisions of the major South Korean companies, partners and heads of practices for ART DE LEX Law Firm.

Briefly about the organizers:

Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea is a public office of the Russian Federation, representing the trade-economic interests of Russia in the Republic of Korea, participating in the development of bilateral trade-economic relations.
