ART DE LEX lawyers will deliver reports at the Fifth International Congress of Comparative Law

On 1 December 2015, the Fifth International Congress of Comparative Law, dedicated to constitutional reform in the twenty-first century, will take place. Its organizers are the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Korea Research Institute of Law (KLRI).

The event will facilitate a constructive discussion of programs and laws that promote economic development in Eurasia.

Yaroslav Kulik, a partner at the ART DE LEX law firm and the head of the firm’s South Korea desk, along with Artur Zurabyan, the head of international litigation and arbitration practice of ART DE LEX, will have presentations, during the first session, that are dedicated to the issues of economic development and the need to improve the economic legislation of Korea and China.

The second session will discuss the program of economic development and the improvement of the Russian economic legislation.

Dmitry Magonya, the managing partner of the ART DE LEX law firm, will make a presentation, at the third session, that will be devoted to Russian legislation regulating the use of natural resources, the scope of economic development programs for the Korean social system, and the problems of the unification of Russian legislation in the field of entrepreneurship.
