Anna Bolshakova, an attorney at law at ART DE LEX, together with experts Denis Gavrilov, Nikolay Smirnov, and Dmitry Seryogin, took part in an intradepartmental appeal at the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia. The case dealt with a complaint of Hasbro Inc. about the decision and instructions of the Tatarstan FAS of Russia, dated 16 October 2018, involving a violation of the antimonopoly legislation, in connection with the acquisition and use of the exclusive rights to the trademarks “TWISTER,” and “TVISTER.”
