ART DE LEX will participate in the Association of Antimonopoly Experts roundtable that will take place within the framework of the International Legal Forum

On 14 May 2019, the Association of Antimonopoly Experts will hold a roundtable discussion focusing on international law firms.

This year, the event is taking place concurrently with the Ninth St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.

The first part of the roundtable will consider current issues regarding antitrust and tariff regulation legislation and will involve representatives of the FAS of Russia, the FAS of St. Petersburg, the FAS of the Leningrad Region, as well as representatives of the legal community.

The speakers during the discussion about current issues of antimonopoly legislation enforcement, specifically the conclusion of illegal anticompetitive agreements (cartels), will be:

Yaroslav Kulik, a member of the Association of Antimonopoly Experts, attorney-at-law, partner, and head of the ART DE LEX Antimonopoly Practice; and

Kirill Dozmarov, a member of the Association of Antimonopoly Experts and head of the ART DE LEX Antimonopoly Practice Group.

A separate discussion will consider law enforcement in the field of tariff regulation. The speaker from ART DE LEX will be Tatyana Basova, a member of the Association of Antimonopoly Experts and the senior economist of the ART DE LEX Antimonopoly Regulation Practice.

The second part of the roundtable will feature a practical game called “A dispute involving unfair competition,” which Yaroslav Kulik and Kirill Dozmarov will attend.

The event will take place on 14 May 2019.
