Yaroslav Kulik was appointed an officer of the International Trade Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA)

Yaroslav Kulik, a partner and the head of Competition practice of the ART DE LEX law firm, was appointed an officer of the Committee of International Trade (International Sales Committee) of the IBA (International Bar Association).

Yaroslav Kulik was elected the chairman of the Government Procurement Subcommittee, which joins experts from around the world in the field of public procurement. The committee is a permanent working body that discusses current issues regarding regulation and practice, in the field of public procurement, at the national and international levels.

Yaroslav Kulik again has become one of the few lawyers from Russia who was awarded an honorable and responsible position in the IBA.
