Yaroslav Kulik participates in meeting with V.A. Simonenko, Deputy Minister of Economic Development

Yaroslav Kulik, Head of the Anti-monopoly Regulation Practice Group at Art de Lex, participated in a meeting held on 27 March 2013 at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The meeting was dedicated to organising the completion of the measures plan (“road map”) entitled “Developing Competition and Improving Anti-monopoly Policy”. 

Mr Kulik personally assisted in developing a number of road map measures, particularly introducing into Russian legislation a system of class action lawsuits of citizens and organisations in order to protect their rights and legal interests against violations of anti-monopoly legislation.

We remind our readers that the road map was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation this past January.
