Competition practice lawyers represent the interests of e-tender winner

ART DE LEX Competition practice lawyers represented a large construction company, which won a tender in excess of RUB 1.5 billion, during a Federal Anti-monopoly Service of Russia review of a case on disputing the actions of state customers. ART DE LEX’ lawyers were able to prove that the state customer wrongfully refused to sign a contract with the winner of a tender. As a result, the Commission of the FAS will instruct that the protocol on refusing to sign the contract be cancelled and that the procedure of placing orders be suspended during the review of the complaint.
