"Rendering legal services is evolving into a business form. So-called the "Business of Law" could be best described by what we are creating and developing. Accordingly, all distinctive features of business are becoming inherent to that of rendering legal services. As an example, the domination of globalization process in modern economy. Pursuant to these conditions independent law firms should either vanish (in a form of voluntary merge at best) or strengthen their professional expertise and establish amicable relations with foreign law firms from several jurisdictions (or industry sectors) in order to compete effectively on global market".
