This year, the Commercial Case File (CCF) service turns exactly 10 years old. Over this period, the resource has become a permanent companion of not only lawyers, but business people as well. Using the CCF, entrepreneurs check their potential counterparties prior to making important deals, and litigators prepare for their proceedings and trace the history of opponents’ disputes. At first this technical innovation was treated apprehensively by the legal market, and judges were reluctant to load documents to the CCF; however, during the past 10 years a lot has changed.
