The Lawyer’s Newspaper quoted Valeria Ivacheva, an attorney with the Dispute Resolution and Mediation Practice at the ART DE LEX Law Firm, in an article that focuses on the enforcement of a writ of execution in a mediation agreement that is notarized, without resorting to a court dispute.
