At the end of December, the Antipinsky Oil Refinery declared bankruptcy. Among the 118 creditors is Sberbank, which claims 199 billion RUB out a total of 238 billion RUB in claims. According to the creditors, the bank controls and actually manages the refinery, so it should be the last to receive reimbursement. Who will win in the fight? Experts estimate the possibilities.
