A billion penalty for blocking Tsargrad. Google lost again in Russian court
Google lost again a case for blocking Tsargrad YouTube account in a Russian court. Access to it was closed to comply with the requirements of the American sanctions law. If Google refuses to reactivate the channel, the corporation will face huge penalties in Russia. Otherwise, it will face sanctions in the USA.
Google allegedly expects the American regulator to allow the company to restore access to the Tsargrad YouTube channel. That was mentioned by Artur Zurabyan, Attorney of ART DE LEX law firm, who represents the interests of Ms Gladyshevskaya and Mr Petrov. Google did not officially confirm it.
