ART DE LEX ranked by Chambers Europe

The ART DE LEX law firm has been ranked by the Chambers Europe 2016 international guide in the categories of Competition/Antitrust and Dispute Resolution: Domestic. A personal nomination in competition law has also been awarded to Yaroslav Kulik, a partner in the firm and the head of the practice, for a second year in a row.

ART DE LEX's antitrust practice, headed by Yaroslav Kulik, offers a full range of antitrust and other services involving the Federal Antimonopoly Service. Yaroslav Kulik was recommended by the prestigious guide “for his increasing presence in the market”. Chambers highlighted the representation of the Globaltrans group in the high-profile case of collusion between rolling stock operators and Russian Railways and the Administration of Kemerovo Oblast, in which FAS of Russia was on 11 April 2016 denied a cassation appeal to the Economic Panel of the RF Supreme Court. Yaroslav was also praised by clients for “his innovative style”.

ART DE LEX's litigation and mediation practice, headed by Artur Zurabyan, has been featured by Chambers in Band 5 for effective litigation of business disputes in various contexts, including construction and intellectual property. Clients describe the department as “providing comprehensive advice in next to no time, with outside-the-box solutions offered”.
