On 13 March 2014 the Head of Competition Practice participated in the round table “Operation of Federal Laws: 44-FZ and 223-FZ on Small and Medium Enterprises. The access of Small and Medium Enterprises to public procurements in the area of innovations”

Yaroslav Kulik presented a report “Practice of lodging complaints against actions of corporate customers under 223-FZ” in the round table organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the National Association of Procurement Institutes.

The report covered the practical issues in respect of appealing against corporate customers while placing an order under 223-FZ, court rulings, as well as the current and scheduled changes into the legal regulation on placing orders within the frame of 223-FZ.
