Announcing the 18 January 2019 Business breakfast on “Criminal liability for anticompetitive agreements: Cartels and related crimes”
The ART DE LEX Law Firm, together with the law offices of ZKS and Koblev and Partners, issue an open invitation to the business breakfast “Criminal liability for anticompetitive agreements: Cartels and related crimes.”
Attendees of the business breakfast will discuss the following issues:
- specific violations of antimonopoly and criminal legislation for joining a cartel, the characteristics of cartels as organized criminal associations, and ways the antimonopoly and law enforcement authorities detect cartels;
- criminal liability for cartels that embezzle funds while fulfilling a government contract; and
- criminal liability for those involved in anticompetitive agreements linked with bribery and commercial bribery.
Participants will discuss expanding liability for anticompetitive agreements and preventive measures for minimizing the risks of criminal involvement.
