Associates from ART DE LEX performed at the Legal Forum the of South Russia

The Legal Forum the South of Russia - an annual event organized by LegalStudies.RU - took place in Sochi from 27 to 29 September. It was designed to support discussion platform that gathers the leaders of the legal services market in the southern Russia in their dialogue with business and government. This year the ART DE LEX law firm was the official partner of the forum.

The forum consisted of thematic sessions: plenary sessions and round-table discussions of specific issues, reports, discussions, designed for different interests of potential investors and investors already operating in the region, legal professionals, their clients, representatives of authorities.

Anastasia Grishina, Associate of PPP practice at ART DE LEX, made a report in terms of the panel discussion "Russia Needs not Only Roads. PPP for Regions: Developing the Practice of "small", "social" and "special" PPP Projects". Anastasia specified the features of implementation of small-scale projects on public-private partnership in Russia.

Maxim Sokolinsky, Senior Associate of Dispute Resolution and Mediation practice at ART DE LEX, reported on the regional specifics of judicial arbitration dispute resolution within the panel discussion on "Litigation: Synthesis of Best Practices Concerning the Development of a Specialized Judicial Practice".

Svetlana Khamitova, HR Director of ART DE LEX, shared her experience during the interactive discussion "Problems of Managing People and Professional Growth in Small Law Firms."
