EXPO REAL 2013: ART DE LEX Law Firm took part in the annual trade fair in Munich

ART DE LEX Law Firm took part in the annual International Trade Fair for Property and Investment "EXPO REAL 2013" in Munich. EXPO REAL is the biggest B2B trade show for property and investment in Europe which offers optimum conditions for efficient networking and extensive opportunities for market orientation and analysis. The Russian Federation was represented by a delegation headed by the Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation - Igor Slyunyaev as well as by governors and vice-governors of the Russian regions. The Russian Federation presented in Munich about 50 long-term projects, which are implemented in 14 regions of the Russian Federation.

As part of the exhibition ART DE LEX lawyers held working meetings with representatives of the regions of the Russian Federation and with representatives of the lands of East and West Germany, as well as with the largest development companies in the European real estate market. Following the meeting the most promising investment construction and development projects were identified that can be implemented within the framework of international cooperation and also through the PPP mechanisms.
