The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and the Association of Antimonopoly Experts held a joint meeting to discuss the draft amendments to the legislation establishing purchasing alliances. Attending the meeting were Igor Artemiev, the head of the FAS Russia, Andrey Tsyganov, the deputy head of the FAS Russia, Artem Molchanov, the head of the Legal Department of the FAS Russia, and Yaroslav Kulik, a partner at ART DE LEX. Mr. Kulik commented on the draft explanation for applying exemptions from liability in multiepisode cases of anticompetitive agreements.
