Lawyers of Art de Lex took part in the Russian PPP week -2014

Head of PPP practice Dmitry Magonya and lawyer of PPP practice Olga Pudina participated in the Russian PPP week, held on March 11-13 at the site of the International Multimedia Centre RIA Novosti.

Within the framework of infrastructure congress, participants in particular discussed PPP ideology, development of legislation on PPP, particular features of PPP development in certain sectors of the economy, issues of participation in infrastructure projects of foreign investors. PPP center also presented its latest rating of Russian regions for the development of PPPs.

The event was attended by heads of relevant federal ministries, members of the State Duma, representatives of public authorities of 52 subjects of the Russian Federation, heads of leading financial institutions, consulting and commercial entities, domestic and foreign investors and experts.
