A new stage in the development of antimonopoly compliance in Russia

On 29 May, Dmitry Gavrilenko, a senior associate of the ART DE LEX Antimonopoly Practice, spoke at the conference on “A New Stage of Antimonopoly Compliance Development in Russia.” The organizer of the event was the Russian Compliance Managers Association, with the support of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Analytical Center of the Government of the Russian Federation, the State Company Russian Highways, and the Association of Antimonopoly Experts.

The conference participants discussed the implementation of the antitrust compliance system, in particular, the possibilities of using a modular compliance control system and introducing an institution of self-regulation. They also compared the foreign and domestic experiences of leading companies in the implementation of antitrust compliance.

Mr. Gavrilenko’s report was devoted to the introduction of a modular antitrust risk control system.
