Olga Savina conducted a seminar for M-Logos titled “Establishing creditors’ claims”

Olga Savina, a partner and the head of the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice at ART DE LEX, conducted a seminar for the professional development program of Legal Institute M-Logos. During the seminar, which focused on the establishment of creditors’ claims, Ms. Savina considered the theoretical foundations of the subject. She also highlighted pressing practical issues and the methods of solving them, which lawyers will be able to implement in their work.
