Yaroslav Kulick will take part in the round-table discussion «Judicial and extrajudicial mechanisms of customer rights and interests defense on the market of financial services: international experience and Russian practice».

On the 19th of November 2013 the round-table discussion of experts «Judicial and extrajudicial mechanisms of customer rights and interests defense on the market of financial services: international experience and Russian practice» will be held at the Agency of strategic initiatives in Moscow within the framework of the project «Federal and regional authorities consolidation for the Financial Ombudsman Service introduction, using the best practice of Great Britain».

During the round table members of the meeting will discuss new categories of customer suits – class suits, that is included in roadmap of the Government of the Russian Federation on competition development, and also of draft law that has been prepared by Ministry of Finances of the Russian Federation «About authorized for rights of financial organization services customers».

Representatives of Federal agency for control in the area of customer rights defense and human prosperity, Ministry of Finances of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, Supreme Court, experts from Leontiev center and Agency of strategic initiatives, organizations of customer rights defense («KonfOP», «Finpotrebsouz», «SPRF»), Russian Bank Association (financial ombudsman ARB) and of another sectoral unions have been invited for participation in round-table discussion.
