The managing partner of ART DE LEX, Dmitry Magonya, will participate in the Twelfth Kovalesky Readings conference in Ekaterinburg on 20-21 February 2015

On 20-21 February 2015, the Ural State Law University and the Federal Bar Association, with the support of the Puchkov and Partners law firm, the Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug, and the Yugra Bar Association, are organizing the Twelfth Kovalesky Readings (Kovalevskie chteniya). academic and research conference that will celebrate the eightieth anniversary of the Criminal Law Department at the Ural State Law University. The conference is named after the noted Russian sociologist, M. M. Kovalesky (1851-1916).

The discussions will involve leading academics and experts of criminal law from Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Estonia, USA, and Great Britain. Participants of the conference will include the Student Law Society of the Association of Lawyers of Russia as well as representatives of municipal bodies.

Those attending the conference will discuss the current principles of financing, traditional and innovative approaches to criminal and legal data-processing and storage, and ways to protect information.

Dmitry Magonya, the managing partner of ART DE LEX, would provide an analysis during one of the sessions “Practical issues of interregional and international communication of attorneys specializing in white-collar crime.”

The conference will take place at the Park Inn, near the Radisson Ekaterinburg Hotel, Ekaterinburg, Mamina-Sibiryaka Street 98.
