The managing partner for Art de Lex law firm Dmitry Magonya reports at the VII-th Balkan Legal Forum 2014 in Vienna

The key matter for discussion was defined as "South East Europe- Expanding Opportunities, Meeting New Challenges". The speakers and guests of the Forum who represent the international and national law firms analyze the most significant and relevant issues that the European and Asian law firm and legal practices face with nowadays.

In terms of the session Dmitry Magonya introduced an analysis: "Crossing the borders: marketing in the Law firm and profession regulations". The members of the leading law firms of Turkey, Singapore, Poland, Croatia as well as the audience of the forum held a discussion about the challenges which may appear while law firms use different marketing tactics and restrictions of the national regulators on the one hand and about internal etic standards that may appear while work on the other hand.
