Yaroslav Kulik, of ART DE LEX, was a member of the Russian delegation of the Competition Committee of the OECD

A meeting of the Competition Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), with working group sessions, took place from 15 to 19 June in Paris, France, and included a Russian delegation.

The Competition Committee discussed various aspects of antitrust laws in their practical application. The reports and statements of the Russian delegation raised the following issues:

● competitive neutrality;
● problems in oligopolistic markets;
● the relationship between public and private claims of antimonopoly legislation;
● competition issues in the liner shipping market.

Yaroslav Kulik, a member of the General Council of the Non-Commercial Partnership “Promoting Competition,” took part in the event as a member of the Russian delegation of the FAS of Russia.
